Worthy of Five Stars

Very enjoyable story, with “Elizabeth is not a Bennet” theme. Excellent narration by Harry Frost.

Great jaff

First I must say that listening to Harry Frost is Devine. This story begins when Elizabeth is little and how she came to end up with the Bennets. Both mr and mrs Bennet are very selfish and self serving. Very interesting take on Pride and Prejudice. Recommend it warmly. Great jaff

Excellent book!

Favorite Pride & Prejudice variation for sure! I really enjoyed this book. The angst revolved around outside dangers they faced together vs. misunderstanding between themselves. Much prefer this type of P&P variation.

So Enjoyable!

This P&P variation was enjoyable in that Elizabeth and Darcy forge a path together early on and find ways to outmaneuver their foes as the story unfolds. The only canon couple are Darcy and Elizabeth, which I enjoyed. It was interesting seeing how the other characters are portrayed and how their lives unfold.

Some characters are not exactly redeemable, and that makes this variation even better.

Very enjoyable. Darcy and Elizabeth resolve their misunderstandings early but they have to stand up to both families. Harry Frost does another outstanding narration.
