The narrator needs work

I’ve listened to so many books narrated by her lately and I have such a hard time following bc her voice and acting skills are so fake sounding.

Better than book 1

This is the 3rd book I've listened to 20th this author/ narrator combination. The writing seems to be getting better, but I'm still not a fan of the narrator. The lead characters would be more appealing with a stronger, more confident voice.

Easy listen.

The audio is terrible. Robotic and “off” Where there should be animated tones there are flat, boring ones.

terrible narration

situations not very exciting or even interesting. weird endings Peter dies getting laura out of marriage? Allie fantasies about Hungarian guy?

Narrator..

Narrator was not good for this story. Her characterization of the women made them sound weak and whiny. Even adjusting the speed didn’t help 😞
