🤭 😍Sam.

So, there isn’t anything particularly “brutal” about this book. It was more of a sweet-darkish romance. I’ve been waiting for this release for a while because I kinda had high expectations for it to be a bit more psychotically deliciously dark (not so much “mushy/sweet-dark”).

Still, I’ve absolutely loved Sam’s work. 👏 , both to the Author and Narrators!

I would give it six stars if I could. the main female character strong resilient not a pushover. not weak or submissive or subservient she know who she was she know what she wanted and the lead male character badass. dark hair blue eyes you just can't go wrong

Senior in college Secret order guy meets sophomore good girl virgin. MMC is very dominant doesn't take no as an answer. FMC isn't used to breaking the rules. The book is pretty good but it does fall into the trap that all under age 25 books face and that's having these kids think and act like they have adult type emotions, experiences and thought process.

Fun and Spicy

Okay this was so much better than the last SM book I read. I read the first in the Coastal Elites and it just was not for me. So I skipped the rest and jumped to this one, I enjoyed this one much more. Brynn and Killian are the toxic you can’t help but want to be end game. This was fun and spicy with a dash of he’s a psychopath. But Killian’s crazy was much easier to vibe with than Dare’s. Though Brynn is gullible as hell and needed to grow a back bone. Other than her getting on my nerves with the dumb stuff she did I enjoyed their story a lot. Also I’m team Toast!

I don't think anything could have made this audio any more perfect. I lived every single moment the narrators did amazing and I would re listen 1000 times

Coastal Elites spin off.

I really like this new take on the hero/villain of the coastal elite world. A secret society that we can follow along and grow with. I hope Sam Mariano continues with this series. I’m very curious about Adrian and Sloan. And some of the others mentioned.

One glaring INSANITY still didn’t ruin it.

This book is excellent. Great pacing. Perfect mix of darkness and romance. The one glaring insane and stupid thing is the absolutely moronic FMC continuing to have ANYTHING to do with this person that she not is nice to but then goes to a party with. No one is actually that stupid. It threw the story WAY off. This was a five star book without this absolutely insane element. There was also some cheesy dialogue but I still LOVED it. I didn’t realize this was a spinoff though so it’s technically not the first book. ANNOYED.
