  • Summary

  • In this meditation we’ll establish some contact with the body by first placing a hand on the chest and a hand on the belly, and then we’ll bring our awareness to the breath as it moves and flows through the belly, ribs, and chest. Then we’ll just watch the breath and the body in this way, gently expanding and contracting, allowing the rhythm, movements, and sensations to guide us into a state of calm. I really hope that these recordings can be of benefit to you — bringing a little bit of ease, calm, and gentleness to your day. They are offered completely freely, with the sole intention of supporting your personal wellbeing.
