Another excellent addition to this series!

I absolutely LOVE this series, so I think that I am going to be biased whenever anything new comes out. So - it's safe to say that I loved this book as well. It wasn't my favorite (but even that is not a negative), and it somehow felt like it was over in a heartbeat, but I still LOVED being able to jump back in and see the gang in North Carolina. To me, that is one of my absolute favorite things about a long term series that I'm invested in - to get to see all of the characters that we have come to know and love and get updates in what is going on in their lives.

With the recent spinoff and the last couple of books pivoting to the group in space (which I ADORE as well, don't get me wrong) - with that new focus, we haven't seen the OG characters as much and I did not realize how much I missed everyone. I was thrilled getting to see Seth and David and even Chris :)

This story focused on Sean and Nicole and it was done brilliantly. There is also the teaser with Tessa and Jared so that is going to be interesting in the future. Hopefully though, David deserves his story so I'm hoping that might be coming as well. See....too many wonderful seeds have already been planted that still have to come to fruition.

Kristen Potter did an AMAZING job as usual and she has definitely become the voice of the series. This is one of those that only amplifies the story if listening on audio.

So...another winner. Can't wait for book 13 :)

The Sense of Family

I enjoyed all the books in this, but Cliff’s was the most heart wrenching. I’m so glad he got his own happy ending. Thank you Ms. Duval.

Great story

I am a big fan of the IG series, and this book did not disappoint. I have been hoping for Sean and Nicole to get together for a while now, and I have always loved their friendship and chemistry. I enjoyed the new story line and getting to see a lot of my old favorites. We also got a lot for difference POVs in this book too. I really hope that Tessa and Jared are next ( although I really want David and Darnell to get their stories soon too) and as always I am hoping for a cure for the vampires. Can’t wait for more. And as always the narration was amazing! Kristen Potter brings every book to life.

Just can't go wrong with this series.

Another great one and I'm not surprised. Every book so far is just better and better. I love every character in this series. I enjoyed the banter between these two and I truly adored Shawn and how he was sweet and funny yet very fierce. his mate was the same. All if the women in this series are written the right way. Strong and fierce and also just genuine. most authors fail in this by giving a strong female a terrible attitude but here they know they are fierce and have no terrible attitudes. The plot was just as great and flowed nicely. This book this series is just beyond good. Can't wait for the next one!

OMG Dianne you did it again

Okay I fell in love with Immortal guardians in the first book and just keep falling deeper and deeper with each book. Sean and Nicole’s story is just wonderful and I laughed and loved seeing how Seth and Leah are doing along with all the other couples but the end I just about cried with happiness. This is a MUST read

Just when I think I can figure out the plot twist! Boom! It’s even better than I could imagine and nothing like I imagined. It’s even better! Love me some Immortal Guardians and the Author and Narrator are amazing at what they do. Just WOW

This book focused on Sean, a fairly new IG, and his second, Nicole. Since Nicole and Sean started working together, they had become the best of friends. However, their friendship had started to become even more, however, passed warnings from their supervisor about the inappropriateness of any romantic relationship between and Immortal Guardian and their second, had ensured that neither of them would acknowledge their deepening feelings.

However, during the kidnappings, vampire attacks and another unknown threat, they threw caution to the wind and gave into temptation.

In addition, another romantic relationship blooms between Tessa, a newer IG, and Jerrid, an ancient “other” that was also a new addition to the team.

This book was entertaining, however, it wasn’t the most exciting book, from the series. With that being said, it was still a gratifying listen and I’m anxious for more!

What I really want to know is, WHEN IS DAVID GOING TO GET HIS BOOK?
