They say the gods don’t give you more than you can handle, which is probably why I’m sinking in drama.

As a god myself, I guess I’m not included in that little speech. But it’s about time they address me as who I am.

Rhea.

With my intentions questioned, and my battle far from over, the list of my enemies continues to grow. The Hex, Zellus, and what seems like the entire supernatural world. But I don’t stand alone, despite their efforts.

Xander, Adonis, Zen, and Khaos.

We are an unbreakable unit, forged in fire and sealed all the way down to our souls. I am theirs and they are mine.

My shifter. My demon. My angel. My vampire.

I may no longer be an earthling, but it’s clear I have traded one prison for another with Saints Academy. What they have yet to realize is I cannot be caged, and I will never stop fighting—for myself, my unit, or our freedom, worthy or not.

Vicious Souls is book three in the Saints Academy series.

I am enjoying the characters and the storyline. The ending was a great cliffhanger. On to the next book.

Oooohhhh What a Cliffhanger!!!!

I love K C Keen’s books. She writes books full of well developed relationships, stories full of drama and intrigue, and sexy romance . I wish book four was out on audiobook already. I enjoy reading but have more time for audio.

I like the storyline, but the narration is annoying. She is so breathy and makes it sound like there’s a period in between each word. I also don’t like how they leave too many questions or cliffhangers throughout the story. They jump to a new section without finishing the previous one. Makes it confusing. Storyline has potential though.

Narration is annoying

I really like the MMC's in this series; they all had different personalities, but it worked really well for them and the book. More questions were raised in this book and really nothing solved. People were allowed to get away with a lot with very little push back and that was frustrating. Rhea was just kind of pathetic and always felt bad for herself and her circumstances. She talked tough but most the time acted very weak which was annoying. The storyline is good, but sometimes seems to get a little lost. She acts like what happened with Dante didn't bother her because she had no feelings for him, but every time he tries to help her she's a complete biotch and sh*tty to him. If he meant nothing and it didn't really bother you that he cheated, why are you so confrontational with him? I completely dislike cheaters, but he did try to help later and I guess if she didn't care like she said she didn't, why doesn't she try accept any help she can get? Doesn't mean she has to date him again. I felt like she was meaner than was deserved. It just seemed like unnecessary drama/conflict.

The narrators did a decent job. The female narrator gets very breathy which can be irritating, but sometimes she sounds just fine. The male voice fits fairly well for the Elite boys.

Good story...very little satisfaction
