Infestation

S-Squad, Book 1

By: William Meikle

Narrated by: Graham Mack

It was supposed to be a simple mission. A suspected Russian spy boat is in trouble in Canadian waters. Investigate and report are the orders.

But when Captain John Banks and his squad arrive, it is to find an empty vessel, and a scene of bloody mayhem.

Soon they are in a fight for their lives, for there are things in the icy seas off Baffin Island, scuttling, hungry things with a taste for human flesh.

They are swarming.

And they are growing.

What's hiding under the waves?

Action, suspense, few creeps.. this is an all around solid monster flavored action thriller that not only stays on point and but is well narrated making the story a joy to listen to, accent and all!

The title

It was okay, a bit hard to get into but I made it to the end. It’s another good ole sea monster story but it was a good listen. The English accent is off as my wife is British and she couldn’t figure out a bunch of what they where saying but other than that a good listen.

Great monster goodness

Great characters, scary situation, good ole B movie monster fun. Loved the valor and empathy of the soldiers. Stellar narration. We need the rest of these stories. Enjoy! 😊

Loved this narrator!

All around good story, made even better by the narrator. Well written with great characters.

Love it

It was all good and looking for more like it. Here I go looking for more.
