This was another interesting case for Emma. I always find it surprising when someone denies who they are. This, of course, happens in reality as well as in this story. It’s really disheartening but makes for a good story.

I love Dark Whispers, this book has a very satisfying ending. I love the whole Firebrand series! Emma and her hot vampire lord are the best!

when I began with this audible series I had no idea how great it would be. I don't know if this is the last in the series, but it is just as gripping and enjoyable as the books that cane before it. I enjoyed the writing style, the story lines, and the narrator as well. I do hope to learn of future escapades of DC Bellamy and would absolutely read something else from this author, Helen Harper.

DC Bellamy Returns

Overall, the story was fine. Certain parts were a bit heavy-handed with the allusions to real world issues and the romance is a little much for me, but I've never been a big fan of romance novels.

Ruth Urquhart did another amazing job narrating.

Okay mystery, cheesy romance

I haven't read Helen Harper before, so I began the first book with trepidation. By book two I was hooked, and by book four knew I had found a new staple for imaginative and well written books. She is superb!
