Narrator Makes It Fabulous

This is a terrific fantasy adventure. As always, Shane East brings all the various characters and creatures alive as a voice actor extraordinaire. The story is excellent although I got tired of the denial and rejection by the heroine with a history of past abuse. Life has been and is unfair to her as a woman warrior but it got a bit onerous.

Sweet romance

This series is just what I was looking for. I like the suspense, unpredictability, and the romance part is just the right amount (not to steamy or raunchy). The story keeps me wanting to know what’s happening next.

A fight to the finish

I bought the audio book when I saw Shane East was the narrator, I enjoy listening to the different accents and personalities of characters. Magnus, the fourth brother, has his hands full when he decides that Nadine will be his bride. In her desert home she is a captain in the military and very fierce. I liked how sweet tempered Magnus was constantly facing attacks by Nadine.

Things have gotten more serious and shakey alliances are formed to fight an enemy who threatens them all. This was a very emotional story.

The story line is fantastic!

Can’t wait to start book5! This series has been super great! I’ve loved it! It’s a shame we don’t have men as loyal as these men and their clan mates but one can hope.
