Everything an Audio Book Listener Would Love!!

I have read many books by Melanie Karsak and this series is one of my absolute favorites. The narration is superb and never skipped a beat. Unlike my heart! Here is to many more like this one!!

Excellent Series!

This story is well written and has plenty of twists and turns. I really enjoyed it! There were some dear characters we had to say goodby to, but we were also introduced to new ones.

Narration was well done and brought the characters to life.

This series is very engaging and I can’t wait to see what will happen next. If you enjoy Viking historical fantasy you will love this series. Actually, even if you don’t normally read this genre give it a try. It might surprise you of how good this series is.

Cannot get enough!

Every installment to this series leaves you craving more! It completely transports your mind to the world the book surrounds from sight, sound, to even smell you become completely enraptured with it all!

sha-boom! what a journey!

oh man, you know I did struggle a little with some of the more stagnet parts in all 3 books but they do come rarely and I have grown to love the main characters. SPOILER ALERT - My heart broke in the second due to the loss of the bears and then in the 3rd, this book, the owner of those bears that I had become so fond of and who is also a main character passes but in a very honorable way. the fight scenes are epic, the cliff hangers and turning points are so intense and jaw dropping!
I drive for my current job so I sit and have listened to all 4 books in a row so far and I haven't been this engaged with a book in a while. I'm about to check and see if there is a 4th book because I only have an hour left of this one. This book has a power house female lead viking type, and the author did a great job not making it full of romance or teenage humor by no means. very well articulated and I love the very history and culture that is presented within the story. the witty humor is great too so if you're looking for a decently balanced book with epic battles, rich storyline history, great characters, and an over all fun book - this is your book!
