What I loved about Half-Blood Dragon

I appreciate the beautiful accents and the writing is phenomenal. I consider this book one of my favorite because I love fantasy and romance and this book touches on both subjects. I also love books about dragons and even though I have listened to this audio book before, I find myself enraptured by the story and cannot wait to hear more!

Half Dragon half human Rowen becomes a pawn for her stepfather's plans to advance.

Rowen is charged for a murder she did not commit. She is imprisoned, tortured and her judgement is hanging. She is rescued by pirates who also have an agenda. When Rowen is in danger of certain death she is saved by a big beautiful black Dragon. He did not tell her who he is.

Not MY Normal Read

While I enjoyed the quality of the speaking delivery, the subject matter came across like a boring soap opera. Royal love intrigue is not where I wanted to be transported in a good story. I just didn't enjoy this experience.

Amateur

Really amateur and doesn’t make sense. Down lost her memories but somehow can remember her old friends she worked in the castle with? Lol. Also, what dragon is capable of being cold? Why on earth does Rowan get cold AFTER shifting into a dragon?
