On the darkest night, the stars still shine.

Feyre’s first Winter Solstice as High Lady is drawing near. With it will come a hard-earned rest from the work that she, Rhysand and their friends have done to rebuild the Night Court and the vastly changed world beyond. Yet the festive atmosphere can’t keep shadows from looming.

Even as her own heart heals, she finds that those dearest to her have wounds that go deeper than she knew. And the scars of the past will touch her court in times to come.

I was curious why this book was so short but honestly after the 3rd book, this book was needed to bring a relaxed feel the the series after the hell they've all been through.

A lot of questions left unanswered. I am eager to see what is next in this journey.

Anti climatic

This little novella was such a nice break after all that happened in the previous book. It was comforting, while still carrying the story forward. For those who have read the deleted chapter from the previous book, there is even a nod to that! I loved the little snippets from each character.

this book is a fun little reprieve from the action and violence of the man story. I loved the way rhys and feyres story comes to a close here. my only complaint is a lack of ending for the rest of our characters though I hope there will be more to come with ACOSF.

I love it
