Good content, but my ears are just not accustomed to hearing the "P-word" used so casually, and so frequently. I loved what the author was saying...but I cringed every time she said it.

This motivates you to change what you have been doing wrong. Empower s you to value yourself, hold yourself to a higher standard.

I was truly enjoying this book, great tips and empowering! In chapter 11 when talking about music the white author said ni**a with no problem ….. while I understand being explicit, racial slurs aren’t a good idea. So just a heads up for any black women listening so you won’t be triggered
