Best book ever for breakups

I only wish I had read this sooner than later. This is completely the best advice. It’s put together in a way that lays out step by step. Would recommend this to every woman!

A must read

Lots of detailed advice about implementing a no contact with your ex who dumped you, and how to keep from falling into the trap of being breadcrumbed once he finally does reach out to you. Also, lots of good advice on self-care, and turning the attention you spent on him towards yourself and your life. it is helping me get through my break up and I feel completely at peace about not reaching out to my ex in any way (unless he reaches out to me first). She even gives advice on how long to wait to respond. Great book.

Good advice To get over Boyfriend breakups

This is a solid advice for Ladies getting over BOYFRIENDS. It's harder and different for Mom's, dealing with breakups with their childs father. Because You Have to Talk To and Deal With That Guy. But you can apply this advise to ask contact that is not about the kids.
And ladies, Also read/listen to the book The Seven Irresistible Qualities Men Want In a Woman. It's a good /quality man's perspective on having a good relationship.
Hopefully you can use this book to get past Mr. X, to get to Mr. TheReal Deal.
