A book for beginners

This is a great book for those who want to get a start in financial literacy. I would recommend this even to children 9 & up.

I don’t usually write reviews but this book ABSOLUTELY changed my life! If you see any negative comments about this book PLEASE ignore and just read it ... you’ll at the least learn a hand full of things you’ve never learned before!

Needed to read Cash Flow Quadrant first

I'm learning about property investment and do not have a business background. while this book explains things at the simplest level, it still felt overwhelming. Several times it mentions/assumes readers have read Rich Dad Poor Dad and Cash Flow Quadrant. I have not read the latter and they may be part of my struggle.

The book did contain some good procedural checklists that make it worth buying in paper as well as audio.

I'm going to read Cash Flow Quadrant next and update my review.
