Wonderful

I really love this audio book. The information about building up your immune system, improving your gut health, and nutrition can be used for anyone with or without a disease, to improve health and fight disease.

Good but needs a PDF to go with it

I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

As with many books like this, it could really use a companion PDF of the recipies mentioned to help people actually make them. It's not that the recipies are difficult to follow, it's because the instructions are given verbally and, unless you have a strong memory for that sort of thing (I don't), you'll find yourself pausing and unpausing the book a lot to catch directions you missed. I would recommend the ebook over the audio, but I still think it is good to listen to for the information on autoimmune disorders and how nutrition can help.

Autoimmune

Some good ideas and recipes to try.I tend to have issues following recipes on audio,so I doubt I'll use them. Allison Jeffrey was a fine narrator.I was given this book by the narrator,author or publisher free for an honest review.

Fabulous collection of recipes!

The opening chapters are so on point, packed full of information it took me years and multiple doctors to assemble.

The balance is an amazing array of recipes using the foods and information discussed in the initial chapters. I was positively drooling as I listened. So nice to know why certain foods should be avoided and why others help, then learn how to present them in mouthwatering ways.

One star off for the difficulties inherent in bookmarking and following cooking instructions in an audio book. It seems like dividing things up into shorter sections would make it easier to navigate when actually applying things in the kitchen.

The narrator is awesome. Clear voiced, no annoying verbal tics, and lets me lose myself in the information.
