her voice is less annoying than most but i could not get into it. the background music is fine. but there is no hope of sleep. the moment you drift off her voice jars you awake. even with the volume on the lowest setting.

Tranquil journey and informative
I have listened to many guided meditations. I do think there is a lot of power in a persons voice. The author, who is reading this has such a tranquility to her voice that it adds to the effect of the journey she takes you on. I learnt something new about meditation. The effects of sound waves. Something that has now sparked my interest as I have an autistic son. I use to practice astral projection many years ago and I use to have frequent lucid dreams. However after a couple of traumatic experiences in waking life. I stopped dreaming all together. I feel this audible is helping my brain. She really knows her subject. This isn’t just simply a book being read, this is a journey and if you take it. I promise, you won’t be disappointed. I will keep listening to this one and will look for more from this author
