calming.
The narrator kept me very present with the book. i listened to this book solely when i was asleep. The narrators voice would wake me and then lull me back to sleep.

great listening
I loved all of the frequencies and drums. it's a great meditation and flow. Anna does a wonderful job narrating throughout

Wish I could return it
I have lots of meditation books in here and this one simply just isn't very good - deleting it
