Gilgamesh is no longer a slave, but freedom comes with a price.
Still adapting to the savage world of Gesthe, he is tasked with escorting a secretive half-elf to Al-Lazar, the City of Dust.
To complete his quest, he joins a caravan bound for the Whispering Wastes, a land of blistering heat where colossal sandworms reign. There, Gilgamesh will have to fight once more to survive ambushes, behemoths, and a growing power he barely understands. But the gods of this world are not finished with him, and neither are their zealous servants.
The road is long, and the line between good and evil begins to blur.
Don't miss book two of this gritty LitRPG series with meaningful progression, real stakes, and an anti-hero who doesn't ask for permission.

What is the hook or to enjoy? I dont see what the author is hoping to engage readers with...
If it's the MC? good luck at first he act like a junkie getting his fix each time he uses magic. Just no.
Then he becomes more and more if an entitled prat. Everything irritates him and he acts like its everyone else's fault and they are blessed just to he in his presence. Seriously he acts like one of those whiny nobles in books that you just want to see killed off by a better character.
He has ZERO redeeming qualities, even wants to use a child soilder as his meat shield and risk her life in fights.
The side characters, let's put it this way. The hero of this world is a human supremacist who wants all the other races and magic to die.
So again what is the author going for?Making a bland world, hate worthy MC ane forgettable side characters. Why would I want to read more?
What are we supposed to enjoy?
