War never changes, as even among the Ancients, ancient grudges spark revolution.

The final moments of the journey in Ancient Greece sets the stage for a revolution ready to explode faster than a poorly brewed potion. The Old Guild and Asguardian Remnants are itching for a comeback tour. Led by Odin's feathered spies, Huginn and Muninn, they’re all set to hunt Artorian down—this time for good. They're betting their last shiny coin on vengeance, aiming to turn Artorian's dream of a New World into a nightmare—permanently.

Artorian, now a mere mortal cut off from the ever-revival of the Seed Cores, finds himself playing on hardcore mode. With no respawns in sight, he's gearing up for a showdown that's less about divine intervention and more about divine invention. His weapon of choice? The Luminous Gatling—part disco ball, part harbinger of doom—ready to light up the night sky with a feather-picking light show.

As the twilight of Cal looms, it's clear that the old guard isn't going down without a saga-worthy fight.

I've listened to the book series this far without feeling like I needed to say anything, but chapter 34 is just a waste of breathe. skip the bs and stick to the actual story. I don't care about the raven's pov 🤦🏻

too many side notes

I am a Dwarf and I'm digging a hole. Diggy Diggy hole, diggy diggy hole. Born underground suckled from the tit of stone... I love the Wind Rose reference. I love and enjoyed this volume. All of the reference are iconic and hit the funny bone just right. Can't wait for the next volume or series this turns into. Also I love how we went from Divine Dungeon to The Artificer: Viridian Gate followed by Nomads Soul: Viridian Gate. The Artificer: Tech Genius and Politician trys to save the world from a "Natural Disaster" and get everyone in the world "who can afford it" downloaded into a digital world were their consciousness can live forever on a "server" till they can somehow be saved. Sadly, there are set back and a researcher dies during a transfer sequence test. This accident is the start point for Nomads Soul and continues from here, on the new life and adventure of the first transferred consciousness. Sometime later, the transfer is perfected and the rest of the Viridian Gate Online series starts with the once Tech Genuis/Politician; now iron fist ruler; growing at odds with those he saved, when his favoritism for those that pushed his plans forward for this project to save people, comes to light. To keep this new world from being dominated by the wealthy all over again, the people rise and gather to break open and away from the fist that beats and holds them down. Each of the main characters have their own series and they all start just before and then during the groups gathering for the first time. Each of the series are amazing and fill in the missing details that the main storyline is glossing over. If you told me that the all of the series from Dakota Krout and James Hunter series were connected, I would totally believe it after how this book ends. I love this series though and agree with CALcite. The Divine Dungeon series does need more books now that the batton has been handed off here. I can't see how this isn't CALs story picking back up. I will miss Arthorian shenanigans if he steps out of the spotlight, but I need more and don't care which perspective I get it from. See you in the next volume/series!

Diggy diggy hole!

It definitely felt like the last three books could have been compressed into one. I still love the tone of the series, but I'd love to see more selection on the things happening.
Spoilery past here:
I'm glad to see the story has reached parity with the beginning of the Completionist Chronicles! I hope we get another Artorian story that runs parallel to it. Seeing the cast interacting with recognizable modern
technology is quite compelling.
The review gets at least an entire extra star for John Pirhalla's performance of Dangerlicious. That was majestic!

the culmination of an anthology? I want to say yes but it also feels like no. another step in the timeline of the divine dungeon universe.

Please don't say this is the end?
