unrealistic amazing story

if you are at all familiar with combat or firearms then there will be aspects that bug you. (clips instead of ammo) (semi automatics referring to select fire platforms)

excellent story line and extremely captivating!! t
This author writes too shelf works! This first six book installment made me stop what I was listening to and go and purchase the rest of the installments to this extremely wonderful saga! Also the read does a phenomenal job portraying the various characters as well! With this authors fantastic writing along with the person narrating the books, makes for a phenomenal team which makes listening to these books a true joy!! So to both the author and the narrator, A HUGE THANK YOU!!

liked books 1 through 6! good and different look at things if they end for us at least.

Rather surprised

Book turned out to be better then I thought and it really adds to the understanding of how easily democracy can fall as well as the difficulty of rebuilding

I enjoyed the characters and story line.

overall I mostly enjoyed the story and reader.
I did find the female characters held to backup characters to the male protagonists.
Despite women being in all levels of military service today including the very upper ranks this story never really flashes out any leading women.
I think it's probably a lack of insight into female characters that left them from truly being lead characters throughout the story.
Still I would recommend this audio book. I wanted to know what would be revealed throughout the plot line.

Very good story with great character interaction. No character is safe from harm or even death. Well worth the time to listen.

The story is good.
A nice character development and I got a good connection with the characters.
Sometimes a bit predictable.

Great story line.

Engaging. The story keeps the listener wanting more. Can’t wait to listen to book 7.

Fast paced, non stop enjoyable read.

As a fan of post apocalyptic genre books. I really enjoyed it. Characters developed well over time, and I thought the author did a good job of making them fairly confused and awkward in the beginning to gaining confidence as the book went on.
I would recommend it.
