Fun enough

Just like any of the authors other works enjoyable but common. Worth the credit.

My only real complaint is how stupid the villains are. Every single one of them monologue and then does a Q and A with the MC. Like literally mid fight to answer any questions she has. Its sooo stupid. Even murdering assassins stop to honor her requests and answer her questions. Be that motives, secret plans or random info.

It's like the author can't move the plot forward unless a bad guy spells it out in excruciating detail for the MC.

it was okay

I was able to finish it but only just barely. Usually I enjoy alot of action in litrpg however the descriptions of the battle never really pulled me in and were over in a couple pages. on top of that there really was no character development or even any real personality in any character. On top of that Amber is incredibly overpowered. I really wanted more story and fantasy or atleast be pulled into the action but none of that happened.

The writing needs work

I've read a lot of LitRPG books, and will usually at least finish the first book in a series before giving up. In this case, I love the idea of a berserker female protagonist, but could not get through the writing.

After asking myself for the fifth time if this book could have been generated by AI, I looked closer at the reviews to see if it got better, and then set it aside.

If you just want unga bunga numbers go up, and are forgiving of a very basic level of writing skill, this book will be great for you.

I hope the author keeps growing their own skill and goes on to surpass this book in the future.

Worth a listen

I enjoyed the story and the narrator does an admirable job. I found myself having to go back numerous times as some of the battles were very repetitive in nature and I would zone off.
