Meanwhile, the world as a whole is in turmoil. The Republic of Mercenaries has been turned upside down thanks to Oracle’s schemes, and to top it off the Primordial Spirit of the region has been missing, but all of this is not something that directly concerns Amber.

At least, not until she finds herself venturing towards the Primordial Spirit tower in the Republic of Mercenaries in need of something important, where great and difficult trials await her. Where once more, she will have no choice but to risk her life for her goals.

But Amber will overcome it all, whether it is the troubles in the Sacred Forest, or the status quo of the Republic of Mercenaries; she will come out stronger.

That girl is crazy!

Great series! I can't wait for the next title. The only negative is too many times we have to hear the level ups. I understand the importance, but I think it could be shortened sometimes.

Could not stop listening

Was really good and the story was so interesting and good the only negative was wolf was kind of just thrown in but Amber is only in her early 20s so I can’t see her doing some dumb shit

Still enjoying the series

This story continues to deliver exactly what it has from the beginning. It’s one of those few where more of the same isn’t actually bad. Story has enough variances that it’s still an enjoyable listen.

Amber & Frey

Can’t wait for the next book… would love to see Amber reaching new Heights. I’ve been waiting for this one and looking forward to the rest of them

the author fixed reviewing the characters stats every fight , and the story is much better, I couldn't put it down this time.

Great story for the most part

Interesting world. It can become a lot more interesting if you take a shot every time the a characters eyes “go wide” and every time there’s a variant of the phrase “one thing and one thing only”. Personally I like when amber completely overpowers her opponents. I kind of tune out when there’s an actual battle she struggles with like the hydra or the head guard. I know she’s gonna win so honestly I’ve fast forwarded through them a few times. I’m a little worried the story is going to fall into the cliched girl romance with Frey. Not that I’m anti lgbtq or anything but almost every female led litRPG has that kind of romance and it gets predictable. If the romance is earned then I guess it can be fine so we’ll see but honestly I don’t think the story needs one.

Enjoyable

This was a good continuation of the story. Amber has become extremely powerful, which is nice, but at the same time, it almost makes things be easy mode for her. I look forward to seeing her struggles and successes in the future.

Sagging a Little

This one stayed in the same vein as the previous two, but there were a couple of... characteristics that stood out as a little... noticeable? The worse the battle, especially the climactic ultimate boss-fight, the words "pushing herself" was in every few sentences & overinflated emotional content that kind of emptied the content of value became more of the battle as it intensified. Some of the details lost a little sensibility that I hope gets recovered in the next book(?). I will listen to the 4th book because of... well... of course I will. I'm three books in, the first two were a great romp, & I would love to see the fourth book to redeem the third. Here's to hoping!
