Easy way to quit smoking & weed.

I quit cigarettes with Allen's book, I had been a smoker for 50 years. It made quitting so easy, I thought I'd try cannabis, which I had also smoked/vaped/eaten for nearly 50 years. Weed was a bigger problem for me, my life revolved around making sure I always had some, going on vacation usually meant breaking the law by taking supplies with me (or I wouldn't go) but I didn't care, as long as I had it.
