Loved This!!

I just happened to find this book by chance, but I'm excited I did!! Once I started listening I was hooked and had a hard time putting my headphones away once I got off work. Definitely a series I HAVE to get through.

Eh..

I read the reviews before getting this book and they were pretty mixed so I decided to try it. I had to speed it up a lot and was looking at the time left the whole time. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 was the cliffhanger ending. I did love that but not enough to get the second book.

I was tbh a little confused. persephone isn't actually cora and vise versa so that's what confused me. btw this is not a spoiler!

A poetic dance in the darkness.

I was filled with sadness when it ended. Cora? Persephone? Hades's heart-wrenching hunt for truth and love while fighting for the Fifth Faction of Hell leaves you squirming in your seat, and yearning for more. 

Really distracted by the narrator

The book is great but only if you can get past the narrator’s weird interpretation lol
