This is an amazing set of workouts. quick, but extremely thorough. The coaches are energetic and describe the exercises clearly.

Fabulous Core in 5!

I love it. I'm a beginning again to workout with fidelity and this made it fun and hard st the same time. Love the narrating. It made me feel like she was watching and I had to keep going. AWESOME!!

I really love this program!!

I thought this wouldn’t be any good because I can’t see what the instructor is doing, but she gives great descriptions and is positive and keeps talking you through everything. I have really let my core and after two days of this my abs are really killing me. I’m looking forward to see what’s next.

Best Fill In for Barry’s and Barre

I am a fitness fanatic who just moved to Guam and sadly don’t have access to my weekly classes anymore (Barry’s bootcamp/ barre/hot yoga/Soul Cycle..)
Anyway, just did two of these ab classes and was pleasantly surprised by how challenging they were!!! I feel the burn!! :-)
Looking forward to trying the others!

PS- combine these ab courses with intense cardio, such as 10 minute sprint intervals on a treadmill, and you will see results!!

there is no story, silly.

Except perhaps the story of TRANSFORMATION! Grit and constitution will prevail! YEAH! LETS. GET. FIT!

Very Motivational!!

The narrator was very Motivational and great at explaining the exercises. I still looked some of them up to make sure I was doing them right. Through the workout though she was great with keeping me going!

Wow!!!

I won’t lie, I’m in pain. For a while, I had been looking for an ab workout that I could do anytime anywhere. these workouts are easy to understand and the results very clear.
