Empowering ADHD women

This audiobook provides practical strategies designed specifically for women like me who have ADHD challenges. It combines affirmations, tapping, questions and journaling to help us unlock our potential and make positive changes. What makes this book special is that it understands the unique struggles women face with ADHD. It recognises our need for strategies that work for us. The workbook's approach really clicked with me, showing me how to turn my lack of focus and scattered thoughts into productivity and clarity.
The mix of affirmations, tapping, questions and journaling has been a powerful toolkit for improving my organisation skills. The affirmations have boosted my confidence and helped me believe in myself. Tapping has helped me manage my emotions better and feel calmer. The questions have made me think deeply and make meaningful changes. Journaling has become a way for me to express myself and learn more about myself. The great thing about this book is that it's easy to understand and apply to my daily life. I've been gradually using these techniques and seeing real improvements in my organisation and overall well-being. With time and practise I'm becoming better at staying focused, managing my time and keeping things in order. I've learned that it's never too late to make positive changes. This book has given me hope and motivation to tackle my organisation challenges. It has shown me that change is possible and that I have the strength to embrace it.

Great book

its very positive for body and mind, I feel it adds a lot of my energy.
The book can boost up self esteem and make you love others more.
Eat healthier and love ourself....
Good for meditation usage too...

Very Helpful!

I found this audio book to be very useful. The author clearly has experience in the matter and that was well portrayed through the writing. I was never diagnosed as a child but as an adult I find several similarities between myself and someone who was diagnosed (diagnoses for ADHD was much less when I was growing up)

Anyway over the past couple of years I have been working on self improvement. I think I am smart but I have a hard time focusing and putting my thoughts into action, among other things. I liked that this book offered a variety of tools (affirmations, EFT tapping, power questions, and journaling) to help me.

A fresh and positive perspective

I would highly recommend using both the physical workbook and audiobook to get the most out of this brilliant guide. The activities are easy to complete, well explained and extremely useful. I highly recommend this resource for anyone with ADHD and think it could be useful for any individual who needs a boost in their self-esteem too. I loved it and will be sharing it with others.

thoroughly disappointed.

it's a list of affirmations being repeated, didn't find it helpful at all. I was hoping to get strategies, build skills, find methods and none of that was delivered.
