Loved it!

Oh my! This was a pleasant surprise. It contains a lot of hands-on information on how to set up your own morning routine. The narrators voice was so calming, I can see myself listening to this over again several times as I go through my mornings. The meditations at the end were great! Loved the tunes in the background and the words were very encouraging and soothing. I have voluntarily left given this review.

Great Guide to Inspire Healthy Habits

Stunning! Just what I needed, and it came to me at the right time! There are a lot of great insights within this audiobook, that prompt you to take a look at your own daily routine and take note of the habits that are counterproductive. It contains section about extending your routine to your family, I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The narrators beautiful voice enhanced the meditation experience and words the phrases are very powerful. Thanks a bunch!

Morning Routines

This is a very neat book. I don’t usually listen to these types, however this provoked me to revaluate a couple of things that could holding me back from living my best. Sleep and Mornings are such important parts of our lives I feel I may have taken fore granted. I was given this free review copy and I have voluntarily left this review

Great guide to get started on a morning routine

I really enjoyed this audiobook. This is one that I will listen to again and again.
The narrator's voice was very calm and the book gave great insight into the importance of creating a morning routine that will be easy for you to stick with. Just taking small steps can really help you build healthy habits.
The second half of the book gave morning meditations that I found useful also.

Great advice!

I have to say these include amazing meditations. It does a great job of pulling you right into the present moment. The weekend meditation was my favorite, so enchanting, what a journey. The information presented in the book was helpful. My mornings will now be more mindful.

I liked this.

I liked this. The first half contains advice on formulating a morning routine and the second half contains meditations you can use everyday in different locations. The Narrator has a sweet voice, I enjoyed the listen.

Very well written

This was well worth the listen. The idea is waking up early seems difficult, however the author provides the why’s and the benefits of doing so, which is a great motivator. There is no ne size fits all as we all have different lives - the author highlights and provides the foundations on which to build on; Mind, Body and routine. Eliminating energy depleting habits and inserting time saving habits are the next steps. The meditations and narrator were fantastic. The meditations are a great addition to the bulk of the material presented in the book. I found the quotes from the author’s circle of friends to be useful. I give this a 5 out of 5 for the variety of information presented.

Very nice suggestions

I thoroughly enjoyed the listening experience of the audiobook. A calming voice, perfect morning pace, inspiring words are all great ingredients to start your day off. Meditation is new to me, however I appreciated the addition of the 6 meditations to the main material. It makes for a very unique audiobook listen.

This book is a culmination

All I can say about this book is Oh my word! It was incredibly helpful and the meditations are something I can see myself integrating into my daily morning routine. The car meditation is something I don’t know I needed, so I am grateful!

Listen this every morning...

A handy audiobook with practical advice you can practice at your own pace. There is a downloadable worksheet you can use as a guide to formulate your routine, which is based on your quality of sleep. It includes beautiful meditations and lovely sayings. The narrator did well. I am providing a voluntary review.

Quick, simple and concise

A Morning Routine gifts us with easy to follow advice which can be applied incrementally to formulate a much-needed morning routine. I enjoyed the listen and I will listen multiple times as there are meditation sessions included in the second half of the audiobook. This is a good book

I liked it a lot.

I liked it a lot. I was expecting something different and boring but this was up to date info I can see myself trying. I already make my bed in the mornings but I have trouble waking up on time. The narrator's voice was really nice too.

I saw this off IG and was lucky to get a free copy. The book was short, which was perfect for me. It kept my attention the whole way through. It has bits on minimizing technology which is so important also implementing a fitness regime in the mornings. The narrator's voice was really nice too. Thanks again! Great audio book,

I have gotten the worksheet and I am ready to start my new routine! This was inspirational and quick. Great to listen to in bits with your morning cuppa.
