From the very first chapter, A Million Times, Yes feels like a bold, fast-burn romance built on instant attraction, high heat, and that intoxicating spark you get when two people simply cannot stay away from each other. Jordan and Maya connect through their morning runs, their glances turning into tension, and that tension quickly becoming something neither of them can ignore. It is an addictive setup that is simple, sensual, and easy to fall into.

The Story

Maya is a Boston nurse with strong values, clear boundaries, and firm opinions about the ultra-wealthy. Jordan is a former professional hockey player who also happens to be a billionaire CEO, although Maya has no idea who he really is. Their chemistry catches fire immediately, and the story leans into that fast, heated connection. It is a short, spicy, and very insta-love type of romance.

The emotional notes land well, especially Jordan’s steady devotion and Maya’s mix of strength and vulnerability. The quick pacing keeps the story moving, although it leaves less room for deeper character exploration. Still, the book delivers exactly what it promises: a steamy, escapist billionaire romance built on heat and heart.
A true highlight is Jordan’s grandmother, who is warm, funny, and an absolute scene-stealer.

Final Thoughts

A Million Times, Yes is book one in The Billionaires of Boston series and my first experience with Marni Mann. It is a fun, high-heat romance with instant chemistry and strong narration. While it did not rise to my personal top tier, I still enjoyed the story and I am genuinely excited to see how the upcoming twist with Emily unfolds.

Started off strong

So I’ll say this. This book did start off really strong. The attraction between the two main characters was handful. You could literally feel it. Now the catalyst for the breakup and the drama in the book was OK. But I felt like there could’ve been more. It was almost kind of anti-climactic. But with that thing said the book was still good. The spice was great. I enjoyed it.

Maya was a great character that exude what nurses do and how hard we work. it can be a thankless job, but to take care of someone who we dint know, is an honor. love the characters, love this book.. I had a horrible shift, and listening to this book just cheered me up. super spicy and love the HEA.. ty for making this nurse so happy and a great way to end a horrid shift.
