marni, omg.. great story. thank you for using a RN in your main character. Maya was a great character that exude what nurses do and how hard we work. it can be a thankless job, but to take care of someone who we dint know, is an honor. love the characters, love this book.. I had a horrible shift, and listening to this book just cheered me up. super spicy and love the HEA.. ty for making this nurse so happy and a great way to end a horrid shift.

ok I confess I really loved the cover and that's why I wanted to listen to this book. I didn't even read the blurb. I also saw the narrators and they're my faves so I knew it was going to be amazing!

I loved everything about this book; love, family, and strong characters. The voice actors were fantastic and really brought this to life. This audiobook warms the heart and will bring a smile to your face. 100% worth the credit.

I will say this, you'll fall in love right there with them! Despite both characters having been born in two completely different worlds, it doesn't matter when there's love and communication and billions of dollars to make fairy tales happen.... In all seriousness, it doesn't matter where you come from, love outweighs all a million times, yes! ♥️
I absolutely loved that Maya's character as an RN wasn't played as just a job. It's who she is, naturally a caretaker, a good person, a hard worker, and last but not least, humble. These characteristics speak to the "I don't date, I f*ck" persona of MMC, Jordan. This leads to the beautiful blossoming hot 🥵 relationship that unfolds in this new series. The bridge scene 🌁 IYKYK. The audio was worth everything! 5 🌟

an ARC i didn’t expect to love so much!

I absolutely loved the FMC’s narrator for this book, she’s one of my favorites and this book starts off so strong and spicy! I was immediately intrigued and finished within 24 hours.

I loved the dual narration for this dual pov and enjoyed Jordan and Mayas playful banter throughout the book. Definitely a great billionaire romance with a bit of a sports romance twist and if you need something on the spicier side this is definitely for you.

I cannot wait to see how Gavin’s book will be and really hoping we see more of Emily in the next one too.

Can’t wait for the next book! I cannot get enough Marni Mann. Narration was rxcellent! Could hardly tell it wasn’t duet.

Marni's Done it Again

Well, well, well… Marni Mann has done it again. I both started and finished this book on the same day. I love how she never pussyfoots around in her writing; she gets right to the point and lets the story speak for itself.

In this story, Marni explores childhood trauma that stems from being unhomed, from having a parent who often needs to be parented, and from the ways those experiences shape children as they grow. What I love most is that her characters, even with all that pain, are self-sustaining professional women. Their pasts may influence them, but they never let those struggles define their worth.

As always, her characters help each other heal, finding connection and strength through vulnerability. It is emotional, passionate, and deeply human. A million times yes, indeed.
