Publisher's summary

Sarah J. Maas's sexy, richly imagined audio experience continues with the journey of Feyre's fiery sister, Nesta.

Nesta Archeron has always been prickly-proud, swift to anger, and slow to forgive. And ever since being forced into the Cauldron and becoming High Fae against her will, she's struggled to find a place for herself within the strange, deadly world she inhabits. Worse, she can't seem to move past the horrors of the war with Hybern and all she lost in it.

The one person who ignites her temper more than any other is Cassian, the battle-scarred warrior whose position in Rhysand and Feyre's Night Court keeps him constantly in Nesta's orbit. But her temper isn't the only thing Cassian ignites. The fire between them is undeniable, and only burns hotter as they are forced into close quarters with each other.

Meanwhile, the treacherous human queens who returned to the Continent during the last war have forged a dangerous new alliance, threatening the fragile peace that has settled over the realms. And the key to halting them might very well rely on Cassian and Nesta facing their haunting pasts.

Against the sweeping backdrop of a world seared by war and plagued with uncertainty, Nesta and Cassian battle monsters from within and without as they search for acceptance-and healing—in each other's arms.

Performed by Colleen Delany, Natalie Van Sistine, Jon Vertullo, Aure Nash, Renee Dorian, Anthony Palmini, Melody Muze, Nora Achrati, Matthew Bassett, Shawn K. Jain, Wyn Delano, Danny Gavigan, Karenna Foley, Lucy Symons, David Jourdan, Amanda Forstrom, Gabriel Michael, Patrick Boylan, Michael John Casey, Laura C. Harris, Julienne Irons, Henry W. Kramer, Dan Delgado, Andrew James Spooner, and Carolyn Kashner.

Amazing

Wow! I absolutely loved this story AND series!! The narrators for this graphic audiobook did a perfect job!! The entire series is amazing, however, this book was so great. The characters were relatable and I was so drawn into the story I was yelling at the story during some parts and honesty weeping during other parts. I think I'll be in a book slump for a few days because of good this book is. I'm hoping that maybe someday there will be more books in the series!!

Exceptional

My favorite book in the ACOTAR series! I was a bit frustrated with Nesta’s character in the beginning, but hang in there it’s worth it!

Nesta is THAT B*TCH

SJM did a beautiful job on Nesta’s character.. her story, her growth, her POWER. just in awe at how many women relate to her. She deserves so much. Im so so happy for her.

Also *not spoilers - just high hopes* Gwynriel?? I need. Emerie & Mor (Emor? Morerie) I need that too!

& SJM, thank you for introducing me to smut. I didn’t know what I was missing in my life.

Where Nesta Rises from the Ashes

Sarah J. Maas's A Court of Silver Flames takes the epic fantasy series in a whole new direction, but for me, it stands out as the crown jewel. Here's why this book stole my heart (and might steal yours too!)

Nesta's Redemption Arc:

Nesta Archeron, the prickly, often-hated character from the previous novels, takes center stage. We delve into the depths of her pain and trauma, witnessing the emotional scars that fueled her coldness. Maas doesn't shy away from the complexity of healing, but Nesta's journey of self-discovery is ultimately empowering. You'll find yourself rooting for her as she confronts her demons and learns to embrace her inner strength.

A Slow-Burn Romance that Sizzles:

Cassian, the playful and persistent Illyrian warrior, is the perfect foil for Nesta's stoicism. Their banter is electric, and their slow-burn romance is both frustrating and deeply satisfying. The emotional intimacy and vulnerability they share make their eventual connection all the more rewarding.

Female Power on Full Display:

This book is a celebration of female strength. Nesta isn't just a warrior; she's a force of nature discovering her true potential. We see a beautiful bond develop between her and other female characters, showcasing the power of female friendship and support.

Action-Packed and Emotionally Charged:

The story is a perfect blend of action-packed battles, heart-wrenching moments, and steamy scenes (be warned, this one's spicier than the previous novels!). The plot keeps you guessing, with twists and turns that will leave you on the edge of your seat.

A Must-Read for Fans of the Series:

While A Court of Silver Flames delves deeper into Nesta's story, it enriches the overall series. We see familiar faces from previous novels, and the world-building continues to be richly imagined. However, even if you're new to the series, this book can be a compelling entry point, offering a complete story arc with plenty of action and romance.

In Conclusion:

A Court of Silver Flames is more than just a fantasy novel; it's a story about healing, self-acceptance, and the power of love and friendship. It's a testament to the strength that lies within us all, even when buried beneath layers of pain. If you're looking for a book that will make you laugh, cry, and cheer, then look no further. This is a definite five-star read!

Loved it!!!

I have been waiting for part 2 to come, and I really enjoyed the whole ACOTAR series from Graphic Audio! The whole cast and the sound effects really brought this story to life, where it makes me want to read the series all over again.

My favorite voices were of Rhysand and Cassian. They are just what I thought they should sound like when I was just reading the hardcover series.

I think that Graphic Audio should do the Blood and Ash series by Jennifer Armentrout next!
