Boring story

I personally didn’t really enjoy this book. It was slow and boring after the first 20 minutes.

Loved the story

I loved this book. The graphic audio was wonderful. This will be put as one of my favorites.

Simple, Cute, Happy.

I’m a big time fantasy romance reader. And this was a nice, light story. A little too cliche at some moments and I did find myself wanting a stronger plot at times…. But I still had fun listening to the full cast and sound effects that this audiobook offered. The ending was your typical happily ever after so if you’re looking for something with fast paced romance, simple plot, and leaves you with a happy feeling I’d give this story a go.

This was a nice little romantasy. Very minimal world building, but the characters & slow burn romance really carried it. The plot could’ve been a bit more intriguing, you can kinda predict what’s going to happen, but I was still entertained!!
Eldas was such a perfectly grumpy, ruthless, misunderstood yet lovable MMC. The Narrator who played him did wonderful as well.
Luella (FMC) got on my nerves at times, but I loved how she was ready to stand on business & still had compassion towards her enemies. The side characters really shined too, esp Hook 🐺
I did feel some parts still have unanswered questions, but overall I enjoyed this 🎧

So Boring

Every cliche in the history of romance exists here. This one is: I’m happy being a peasant healer- I don’t want to be a Queen. 🙄 And the absurd feminism in every thought of Luella, “The King is beautiful and I want to know him, but (insert biting knuckles here) I won’t be owned!
Essentially a YA novel that goes exactly where you think it will. I wish that I had known before I’d wasted a credit.
My teen daughter would be all over this, but for adults, it’s just not enough.

Maybe not for me

Unfortunately I do not think that graphic audio is the thing for me, which is unfortunate. I think that the excess noise took me away from the story and the kissing scenes were just uncomfortable. I enjoyed that everyone had a different narrator though

loved very well acted put and still one of my favorite books. This book helps find the meaning of love and how choice helps it out.

Absolutely Loved it!

I have to drive all over the place, so listening to a book makes the time pass very quickly. this book omg *chefs kiss* its so so good. the narration was amazing, I was totally immersed in it. it has been added to my favorites since I plan to listen to this again and again.

Interesting

It was a good magical story, but not a series I will continue. The premise was a little different to start, but eventually became like many others.
