This was a great introduction to musashi. I recommend this before listening to more in-depth accounts of his teachings and biographies.

Throughout my journey of diving deep into the way of the samurai and old Japan, this has been a great book.

I enjoyed this book but the performer has a very fast cadence. I listened at .85%. However I also noticed that the performer often sounded out of breath which took away from some of the messaging.

The book is, as always, fantastic and has so many applications to real life.

Performer need to slow down.
