Worry is no big deal!



Taking Worry less seriously seems to be the key to living with it in proper perspective. I found this audio book to be extremely helpful with practical things to try.

Handling chronic worry



This audio book offered relatable examples, easy to understand explainations, and simple tricks to help manage your worries.
