Wonderful
Not to be dramatic but this book has changed my life. I fall asleep without tossing and turning, my mind feels like it clear, my anxiety has diminished significantly, and I feel soo much more at peace with who I am. It is a wonderful book!

A great sleep aid
I've tried many sleep aids, but nothing has worked like this. The guided meditation really puts me in a relaxed state, and I've noticed a huge difference in my anxiety levels as well. Great quality and beautifully done.

Gentle yet powerful
The narrator’s soothing voice and well-crafted meditations have been so healing for me. The background music is very relaxing as well. It’s the best sleep I've had in a very long time.

Helpful guide
The combination of gentle affirmations and calming voice has helped me develop a newfound sense of self-love. I feel this book is helping me fight my negative self talk and helps me feel like a more positive person. I can really drop into myself when I practice these meditations

Just great one
I didn’t expect this to work but it did. I fall asleep within minutes when i follow along the with the sleep meditations. Definitely recommend it to anyone with sleep issues or anxiety. it has helped me alot
