Josh founded a digital marketing company in 2014 called Data Nerds, which has since evolved into a $20 million dollar venture-backed tech company called Estated, where Josh is the CEO. Estated is a property data powerhouse with access to current and historical data for over 140 million properties across the united states. 140 million! He sits on the board of Accelerate Okanagan which is a mentorship and coaching organization for Tech startups in Kelowna, British Columbia. Golden nugget of wisdom-  

My conversation with Josh produced several golden nuggets of wisdom which has made it difficult for me to pick just one. However, the underlying tone of the conversation seems to be about the growth Josh has gone through because of the challenges he’s faced. Josh presents himself as very cool, calm, collected, and calculated, which are traits of a true leader, but it's obvious he hasn’t always been that way. Josh has grown as a person parallel to the growth of his business, and through self-reflection, self-care, and more importantly, seeking help from professionals, he’s come back stronger and more capable of growing Estated into the company he envisions it to be.
