I love this series

What made the experience of listening to 21-Day Challenges Box Set 1 - Self Love, Self Confidence, & Happiness the most enjoyable?

The breakdown of each book into 21 days, with each day having an exercise/task. There's a lot of good self-help books out there, but this one guides you in making actual change instead of just reading about it.

Have to return

I couldn't make it past the 4th chapter. I can't handle the narrator's irritating narration style. She sounds fake and condescending. This would be so much better with a more natural sounding narrator.

21 Day Challenge series

Me and my girlfriend had some Audible credits left and choose to challenge ourselves with some books from the 21 Day Challenge series. I got the Budget and Minimalist Challenges and she choose this box set and the Weight Loss Challenge. I haven't listened to the box set myself, but she seems to enjoy them and I have no doubt they are of the same quality as the ones I picked. Recommended if you're ready to make some guided changes in your mindset & lifestyle!

Love that I'm now able to listen to some of my favorite kindle books via Audible, I usually put them on in the train on my way to work, listen to 1 chapter, and then ponder about the daily exercise. Turns a boring commute into valuable me-time :)

very helpful one-step-at-a-time guide

Truly a fantastic book with lots of great insights and golden nuggets for how to make small but powerful changes. I loved it and live by what I have learned. If you want to uplevel your life but don’t know how to start, this is for you.

This is the box set of books which I really liked. It was enjoyable to listen to them. They are full of advice how to improve your life. Manny suggestions on self-love, confidence and happiness. They are full of positive messages and guides for better life. They are made as 21-day challenges, but you can listen to it in one go, depending what you prefer. Even if you do not have serious problems with your self-confidence, this book is full of useful advice how to be happier. I enjoyed advice :) Francie Wyck did an excellent job as narrator. I like her style and enjoy listening to her narrate. Voice, tone, speed and tempo are really good. I will definitely listen to few books more she narrated.
I would recommend this book to people looking for self-improvement, even small changes can make difference in your life.

awesome series

I enjoyed the approach taken here. There isn't a lot of unnecessary hand holding and you-can-do-it-if only-you-think-positive non-sense. Instead there are practical tips and a real world perspective delivered in a clear and straightforward way. Well done.

great series!!

The advice in this book was nothing I didn't knew, but did a great job in filling that gap between knowing you have to do something and actually doing it. I really appreciate the 21 day challenge concept, it works for me.

The narration was easy to follow for a non-native English speaker.

worth the read

When reading these type of books, I always feel like you had to do what works for you. If you can find a small change that will better your life then it was worth it. All the tips are not going to work for everyone and it's too overwhelming to try and implement all of them. I found a few things that worked for me and make it worth the read.

easy to listen to & understand

I liked this book. It’s clear, concise with good info that’s we all know but don’t practice.
