one of my favourite series

I think this is a great read for those who are just off-track in their lives; a great way to kind of evaluate your life as a whole. If you notice a lack of lust and love for life, this book does a great job of giving you steps to facilitate that change.

Well written and thought-provoking. Not preachy, just informative and enlightening.

This has been the most logical and easy to list...

This has been the most logical and easy to listen to "Self-Help" book I have ever read. What I like most about this book is that it gives you the tools to actually implement the habits and theory into practice. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

Increase your happiness: useful and actionable

What did you like best about this story?

Rather than treating happiness as the derivative of external realities, this book encourages you to accept that happiness is something you can actively work on. And that’s exactly what this 21-day challenge is about. Each day you get a new assignment, exercise or things to think about. This way, you gradually work towards the goal of increasing your level of happiness in life.

Any additional comments?

I’ve read a few books already from the 21-day series and I love how they are practical and full of actionable advice. This one is no different. You get useful tips on things like practicing kindness and reflection, inviting stillness in your life, and challenging negative thoughts and beliefs. I also enjoyed the section on how brain chemicals affect certain emotional states and how you can use that to your advantage.

very helpful one-step-at-a-time guide

Truly a fantastic book with lots of great insights and golden nuggets for how to make small but powerful changes. I loved it and live by what I have learned. If you want to uplevel your life but don’t know how to start, this is for you.
