Meanwhile, the humans and Shiravan take the fight to the Garmon, destroying their ships and decimating their worlds, and it seems as if the war is nearing its end. But things take a turn for the worse when the Garmon upgrade their technology and stage a massive attack on Shiravi, destroying the matriarch's home and taking many lives.

Amidst all the chaos, the Terran Alliance solidifies its foothold in space and then looks to the next step - the colonization of other worlds. Good 4th book

A good 4th book in the series, showing a continuation of the first 3 books.

Excellent!

A beautifully written work, I am saddened that this great author is no longer with us. This was a great read for sure!

Great series!

The characters were great. The story went by so fast. I wish there was a fourth book, about new races found, and how Simon and Kitty are living the dream that we all have. The narrator is the absolute best. Mark Boyett is my favorite.
