THE WITCH'S RAMPAGE

When a monstrosity above her rank shows up, Siasha is seated with some undesired downtime. Making the best of a boring situation, she and Zig head to the morning market, only to bear witness to a scuffle between humans and demi-humans. But to the inhuman witch Siasha and mercenary Zig, these interspecies tensions are none of their concern—or so they think. They soon learn that these conflicts are far more deep-rooted than they could've ever imagined. And as one incident after another pulls them deeper into the fray, it's only a matter of time before Siasha is pushed over the edge...and shows everyone why witches are so feared.

Tried out this series because I got the first 2 books free, but paid for book 3 - wish I had started it sooner. Witch and Mercenary offers a great balance between great fights and engaging day to day life of the duo Zig and Siasha. Book 3 might be my favorite right out of what's out and can't wait for the next one!

I've been enjoying this series. my hope is that they continue to release these. It would be very disappointing if they didn't.

Good Series So Far

I really love this series for the two main characters. They are great, both individually and especially together. I did feel like this book was a little too slice of life for my tastes, though. I really don't need a description of what it's like to eat a steak. At any rate, there is some action but it mainly revolves around junky thugs, so not really all that great. However, I did still enjoy it and will definitely continue the series.
