  • Conscious breathing
    Feb 28 2026

By being aware of our breathing, we heal ourself. We don't have to try to breath a certain way, only to be aware of how we're naturally breathing in the present moment. The benefits are huge. I recommend 5 minutes twice a day.

  • Moving to a higher vibration
    Feb 27 2026

As we continue to accept and identify with deeper truths, our vibraton increases. We perceive the world differently. We communicate differently. We act differently.

Recently, in meditation, I heard I can grow faster and more smoothly by adopting this mantra, "I am the world". It is catapulting me into a higher vibration with empowering insights and understandings. Curiously, there are times when I can't even remember the mantra because it is so different than what I'm used to. I've written it down so I can find it when I fall back into old habits of thinking and being.

In the past I've written that when we grow in our acceptance of what is true, the whole world appears differently to us. This is certainly the case here. I find myself challenged and increasingly confident that I can change things in my world I used to think were beyond my reach. I need to take responsibility for having created the problem in my life before I have access to my power to solve the problem I created.

My level of energy and experience of being more fully alive have dramatically increased with this mantra. I'm in favor of anything that lifts me and others up.

  • Energy
    Feb 26 2026

We are unlimited energy. The greater the alignment of our mind, body and spirit, the more energy we have. Monitoring our energy level is one way to monitor our alignment.

I, like I believe everyone else, want to have all the energy I can. If I have a thought that dramatically boosts my energy level while being good for myself and others, I engage in that thought all I can.

Recently I had a thought in meditation that adopting the mantra "I am the world" filled me with energy. It dramatically reduced my stress. It is consistent with my belief that we are all ONE. It has opened me up to more uplifting thoughts. This mantra is different than my historical way of thinking, and I'm seeing that as a good thing as my historical conflicts and problems seem to be receeding some.

Being aware that some thoughts raise our energy level and others lower it, gives us the power to choose what thoughts we act on.

I offer thought coaching to assist those who are interested in being more aware of their thoughts and the impact of which thoughts we choose to label as accurate and which thoughts we choose to act on. To schedule a free introductory coaching session, contact me at scottfriedman40@gmail.com

  • The source of growth
    Feb 24 2026

The source of all growth is an increased acceptance of the magnificence of who we are. We create with our thoughts. The more aware we are of our thoughts and our freedom to choose which thoughts to act on the more effective we are in creating the life of our dreams.

I've found that every thought has an emotion tied to it. Acting on that thought increases my experience of that emotion. I've found that accepting thoughts that have a deep and congruent peace as part of them have always been proven to be true and beneficial to act on. This is true even if the thought seems very different to my historical thinking. For example, my thought of who I am has changed over the years. It's gone from being a separate individual who is born, lives and dies, to being light that has always existed and always will exist, to being the spark of GOD that animates all life. I know there will be more thoughts that I will embrace that will enrich my life even more. I know that at some point I'll relate to being ONE with all that exists. In fact, I've been inspired to adopt a mantra that says, "I am the world". Even though much of my thinking doesn't relate to this, I feel better repeating this thought at every opportunity, so I do that.

In order to grow, I believe, we need to accept what is true at ever deeper levels even if that means leaving old ways of thinking and seeing ourselves behind. The more we grow in our self acceptance, the more that growth will be reflected back to us by the outer world. In my experience the outer world is giving way to my inner world as I focus increasingly on my inner world.

I offer thought coaching for people who want to take a more effective leadership role in their life. For a free introductory thought coaching session, contact me at scottfriedman40@gmail.com.

  • Relating more to "Being the World"
    Feb 22 2026

Intellectually it makes sense to me that if I'm to accept that I am ONE with God and God is all there is, than I must be ONE with the world. Relating to that is proving to be a challenge though.

Where I am in the process is increasingly seeing myself in others. I see the determination I share with friends as they engage in a sure act of will to recover from injury. I see in others my desire to experience joy. I see in others the desire to connect deeply. I also, at times, see my resistance in others as well.

I question how to make the leap from seeing myself in others, to seeing others as part of me, let alone a car as part of me or a desk. What I can relate to is being the spark of light that animates each of us. I can relate to being that spark of God that animates all life. I can relate to being that spark. It is the light I am that animates and is the esscence of all living beings. That is a step towards accepting that I am the world.

All this changing in thinking and the change in perception that accompanies the change in thiking is motivated by the fact that changing my thinking in this way helps me feel more viatally alive, stronger, wiser and have more energy. I'll adopt any thinking that supports me experienceing more joy, peace, happiness, love and similiar emotions.

I offer coaching sessions to help you become aware of the thoughts in your mind and the pwoer you have to choose which thoughts to label as true and which thought you choose to act on. Mastery of our mind is true freedom to create all we could ever want ib life. If you're interested in a free introductory coaching session, contact me at scottfriedmabn40@gmail.com to set it up.

  • Trusting myself
    Feb 20 2026

I am so much happier trusting myself and the inspiration I receive in meditation than I am trying to make what I perceive as conventional wisdom work for me. I still vividly remember how angry and disappointed I was when my first marriage failed. I was angry because I thought I'd be happy having a good secure job, a good education and degree from a prestigous university, being faithful to my wife and living by the rules of society. I was miserable.

Trusting in the uplifting thoughts I receive in meditation has worked better for me than anything else I've ever tried. I'm sticking with it until something better comes along. I believe all that is good in my life, and there's alot, is the result of my meditation and willingness to accept and align with the truth as much as I can.

The next level of trust I feel I'm ready to accept is changing the thought that I need stress and pressure to motivate me to grow spiritually and make the most out of my life. I choose to let that thought go and replace it with the thought I am and always have been whole, complete and in posession of everything of value including love, joy, wisdom, health, energy, peace, compassion and all the other positive qualities that I've labeled as "devine qualities".

I know can change my thinking because I've done it successfully in the past. I prefer to think that I am increasingly aware and accepting of the fact that I am the world and have already created everything that could ever exist, including love, joy, peace, energy and all my other devine qualities.

    I trust what I know.

  • Digging deeper
    Feb 19 2026

Healthy people are lifelong learners. To me, learning means being ever more accepting and aligning with what is true. This has led me to change my thinking over time. I now believe my true essence is being an inseparable part of GOD. I undersand GOD to be the sum total of all that exists.

Recently, I've been inspired to repeat a mantra as a means of facilitating smoother more efficent growth. The mantra I received in meditation was, I am the world. This has me thinking more about how all I perceive could be understood to be part of me. For sure, this is a different way of thinking for me. I find when I repeat the mantra I am more anchored in the present moment, more conscious of the thoughts fighting for attention in my mind and a deeper peace; all good and valuable things in my eyes.

I love challenging my thinking. The more I think about the idea that "I am the world" the more intriguing I find it.

If you're so inspired, meditatie on what thought you would most benefit from repeating over and over in your mind. Try it out and see if it works for you.

I offer thought coaching to help in gaining greater mastery over your thoughts and life. If this is of interest to you, contact me for a free introductory coaching session at scottfriedman40@gmail.com
