  • Suffering Sucks Ass (Hack: Don't do it alone)
    Jul 19 2023

Today we talk about how knowing what you DON'T want is the first step to figuring out what you DO want. We also discuss that happiness is not the goal in life. Being able to accept ourselves in all states is more realistic and brings more flow to life and helps you to access your inner baddass. Loneliness will always exacerbate pain so removing loneliness by connecting with others will buffer emotional pain and remind you that you are, in fact, resilient. Kat also shares some of her own journey and how she has found meaning in her own suffering.
