[Trigger warning] Today we cover grief and loss. Remember to practice good self care and support if you are currently working through loss.   Most people have good intentions when it comes to supporting people who are navigating grief. Unfortunately, it is all too common to say the exact wrong thing, making an already painful process worse. Today Caitlin Hansen joins us to talk about what NOT to say to someone who is grieving.

They hope this podcast will help people to be in acceptance of their flaws and find their power in healing trauma, depression and anxiety through REPAIRenting themselves and others. They also want to validate that perfect parenting is not only impossible, but also discouraged as a goal since life is really just a crazy roller coaster, full of twists and turns that we are all doing our best to navigate. It's time to put down the expectations and start having some fun. Be nicer to yourself. Own and learn from your mistakes but don't live there. Know that when you screw up, you can always REPAIR and REPAIRent.
