Simple but helpful

This book is predictable but there are still good nuggets in there to help someone consider things from a different perspective. I enjoyed it.

Great reading for road trip

My first ever audiobook listening. Loved the narrator; Fiona.
I think it’s important after my first listening that narrative does great job to get us involved as much in the book as if we were reading it.

I found the story entertaining & the subject helpful

I very much liked the narrators voices and tones, the story kept me interested while the advice was very helpful. Using the story up illustrate it without being textbook like kept me excited for each chapter. I was a little sad when it was over, would have loved to continue listening. Best BOOK EVER

This book is incredible.... so many great practicle exercises that 1,000% helps us change our brain and life outcome. Best of all is not a traditional book...it's a narrative between a day to da person and its therapist/counselor. I'll listen to it every year!

Self Help and a Novel

There are many great ideas to get out of a slump. And the love story is a good one too! I love the idea of a Routineologist. Clever book.
