Another win for Lisa Wingate!

I always enjoy this narrator so that was great from the start. I am a growing fan of Lisa Wingate stories. They are realistic, not over dramatic, clean, and wholesome. Her stories progress in character growth and leave you with good life lessons. This particular book draws a family back to each other and to their roots. It reminds even the Christian to be humbled and reminded that we should not take what we have for granted.

The narrator seemed too whiny sounding. This was not my favorite Lisa Wingate books. I hope the next book I read of hers is better.

Life lessons

This is a wonderful story about the true treasures of life and how what we value evolves as we age.

Loved it !!

I trully enjoyed this book. Beautifully written and honestly, I felt sad when I finished it.

Also it made me realize that the feelings I had/have towards my husband regarding the time he spends with our son, is something other women experience (maybe most). This book truly spoke to me at this exact period of my life. A must read to remember what is important in life.... FAMILY !!
