“If you think fiction can’t change your life and challenge you to be a better person, you need to read The Five Times I Met Myself.”

—Andy Andrews, New York Times bestselling author of How Do You Kill 11 Million People, The Noticer & The Traveler’s Gift

What if you met your twenty-three-year-old self in a dream? What would you say?

Brock Matthews’ once promising life is unraveling. His coffee company. His marriage.

So when he discovers his vivid dreams—where he encounters his younger self—might let him change his past mistakes, he jumps at the chance. The results are astonishing, but also disturbing.

Because getting what Brock wants most in the world will force him to give up the one thing he doesn’t know how to let go . . . and his greatest fear is that it’s already too late.

“A powerfully redemptive story with twists and turns that had me glued to every page. With a compelling message for anyone who longs to relive their past, The Five Times I Met Myself is another James L. Rubart masterpiece.”

—Susan May Warren, bestselling author of the Christiansen Family series

This book touched me. It made me see I have had a similar transition, albeit, without a magic CD.

The title gripped me and the plot came through. Great premise and written to flow easily.

My only critique would be that those around him were too easy to forgive. I think there is value in those around you NOT forgiving easily. Their trust wasn't lost easily, it shouldn't be easy to gain it back.

This would make a great discussion group book.

I loved the story it’s one of the best of the best of how going back-and-forth in time can changes things. if you enjoy a good redemption story, I recommend this book not only is it entertaining, but it will leave you with a sense that nothing is impossible for God

Great story telling with redemption on top

I so enjoyed this title from cover to cover! its totally worth the time and it also got me off my phone, so that's a plus.

One of my new favorite books!!

I liked the story very much. The narration was good when he was narrating, however, when he was speaking for the characters there were MANY unnatural pauses between.....words.....in....... sentences. I found that distracting and irritating. A good read that I might have enjoyed more by reading via book.

NARRATOR MATTERS

This author did an excellent job at drawing you in, capturing the time/space continuum of time travel and how making changes to our past can have adverse effects to our futures.

Interesting Concept, Engaging Read
