The holistic approach to recovery and clear explanation of the parallels to Ayurveda yoga and recovery make this book a must read for anyone searching for those answers to life’s many questions.

Durga Leela did an amazing job of making the complexity of Vedic, mind-body medicine easy to digest, relatable, and inspiring to read. I listened to each chapter several times, taking note of all the pearls of wisdom and insight provided. A must read for anyone looking to broaden their awareness on Ayurveda and recovery.

Brilliant book, author and teachings

just finished the book @yogaofrecovery by Durga Leela on audible and I am so very impressed with all the knowledge she shares with every single reader. If you suffer from ANY TYPE PF ADDICTION and I MEAN ANY this is must READ BOOK! It’s easy to listen or read, it is easy to understand and so intimate with beautiful testimonies. This book opens a portal to the ancient teachings of Ayurveda and its so very easy to understand. I enjoyed how Durga also recommends other knowledgeable authors and teachers. She offers resources through her website @yogaofrecovery There are no excuses why you should not get this wonderful treasure 💫 this is applicable to everyone. What a wonderful book with practical advice

I really enjoyed this book and the way she associates the Gunas and the Ayurvedic Doshas. I highly recommend this book for people who are serious about living a happy and balanced life. I can’t wait to attend Sivananda Yoga Retreat for one of her retreats!
