you can count on Ella Fields to give the best enemies to lovers, and not miss a beat on twisted plots. I loved this series- so good! Such a great fun spicy read, but with a legit storyline.

Addicted to these books

The books are amazing! I absolutely love the female narrator, couldn’t have asked for better. Was not of fan of the male narrator at all.

that was a satisfying end to the duology!

I thoroughly enjoyed that the first part of this was the reaction I wanted at the end of the first book, and Tullia's recovery and growth are so heartwarming and satisfying. there were some parts that actively lost me in explanation though, where I truly had no idea what was going on, and there was a lot of... wasted potential. particularly with Tullia's powers of animal communication. did anyone else want an army of animals to attack something, Snow White style from Shrek 3? cause I definitely did.

but, if you don't look at things too long or take anything too seriously, the nice HEA ending was super cute and satisfying. and wearing scars like jewelry TOG-Aelin-style made me almost weepy. 😭💪🏻

Narrators were good and the story kept me interested. The FMC’s power could’ve been explored more. I think there was opportunity to use it in other ways. Also, being cool with Avren after everything would be a no for me.

I devoured these books. I loved how thos one included Florian's poverty. I enjoyed this duet very much.

Love this series

Love both books in this series that I finished them both in like two days … couldn’t put them done. That I got the audio books so I could listen in my car and while I worked

Extremely satisfying!

This was great. The story moved along nicely, and all the subplots were addressed. Glad it didn’t take 5 books to reach a conclusion. Will definitely listen to the duo regularly.

Better than expected!

I really enjoyed both of these books! Even when it was slower it still kept me entertained and wanting to listen. The narrators did an amazing job as well. I loved that we got an inside perspective from Florian!

Absolutely LOVED this series

It’s rare that a book with this much spice has characters & a story line as wonderfully flushed out as they are in this series. I may just have to give this whole thing a reread. But honestly, the SPICE! 🥵 SO GOOD

Loved this series

I was lucky enough to start the first book and roll right into the 2nd book on the 20th. I loved this series. Narration was wonderful. I never got bored in this book series and the romance was the right level of 🌶️.
