This was my introduction to this author. Enjoyed the story and narrative. Look forward to continuing the series.

Well researched and a treat for the Roman History fan

If you like swords and sandals and well thought out historical fiction...this is a great series

Fans of Roman Legions in Britannia will like this story. Nicely detailed descriptions of battles and the carnage they inflict. It's a well researched and written book. I was warned about the voice of Marcus...eh...top notch voice work though.
