It was just ok.

Nothing about this book stands out. Romance was Luke warm. Every part of this book that the character made seem like life or death was really just a slap on the wrist. No tension. No stakes. No worrying for Ena. I also really hate a spicy scene in the last chapter or two of the book.

Fine enough

This was ok, nothing I would recommend but I like duet audiobooks and this kept me occupied on a car trip. I did not care for the male narrators voice for this character, and I think that took me out of the story.

Love the believable flow and story.

I was craving something a kin to 4th Wing and this nailed it. I adored the world building and drops of lore. Stig is my favorite so far. 😉 The two main leads are wonderful and I can't wait for the next book!

this is such a dumb story. the characters are insufferable. can't believe I wasted my money and time listening to this garbage fire of a story. not even any good smut to make up for it.
