This was a fun and spicy read. LOVED ever minute of it! Up next… Tate and I assume his PA.

Love love love

Loved this book and the roller coaster of emotions it puts you through. At first Rhyland wasn’t my favorite. I thought he was mean to Dylan. As I kept reading he grew on me. This book was hard to put down. 10 out of 10 a must read.

Wow!

This story did not disappoint. All the ups and downs. It was absolutely amazing. As always, Teddy Hamilton knocked the MMC roll out of the park.

Love all the tropes

Good series, good tropes, good characters and story line. This is Dylan and Rhylan's story which obviously are characters from the first book in the series. Dylan is Ro's sister and Cal's best friend, Rhylan is Ro's best friend (there's the first trope BF Sister).
Dylan and her daughter Gravity move to NY to basically "house sit" for Ro and Cal. She needed to get out of their small town so they asked if she could house sit for them. What they didn't tell her was that Rhylan lived upstairs in the penthouse. After the accidental run in on Dylan's arrival to NY one of Rhylan's potential business investors assumed they were a couple and having a little argument in front of their building. Since Rhy needs that investment he convinces Dylan to keep up the lie and be his fake fiance, she agrees at an insane rate of compensation but he knows it will be worth it in the end because of the money he stands to make. There are a few flashbacks to them being younger and where you understand there is a little bit of history other than bf sister. They banter back/forth with each other and start to grow on each other all over again and as they continue to pretend they both realize there is no pretending they are actually into each other. They agree they could hook up but continue to pretend to be engaged and hide it from her brother and their friends.
Worth the read, especially if you've already read book 1.

The absolute best!!

Love these narrators so much and they just made the story even that much better! LJ Shen knocked this out of the park! Definitely a favorite read of the year!!!!

Wildest dreams

Their banner is everything. What a good read. Lately everything has been meh so this was a surprise. Snarky mfc and same with the mmc. It actually had some story to it also which is a plus lately.

I absolutely loved this sexy, hot (MMC) Rhyland Coltridge is Dylan Casablanca’s (MFC) brothers best friend and she has been and still is crazy attracted to him, even if she doesn’t want to be.
Dylan is a broke single mother and doesn’t know what she wants to do with her life, except take care of her daughter and be a good mom.

Rhy has a crazy idea of a fake relationship with her for appearances sake for a deal of a lifetime.

Read this funny, hot, heartwarming story of their hea💜

I listened to the audiobook and absolutely ate it up! Both narrators did such a great job with this book! Teddy Hamilton is always perfect and he was amazing as always!
Dylan and Rhyland are the best example of enemies to lovers. Being his best friend's little sister added to the "not a chance" category that Rhyland placed her into. Things change when Dylan moves into her brother's Manhattan apartment with her young daughter. They soon both find themselves needing each other and in an engagement of convenience. What they don't expect is for the lines to get blurred. Giving into their growing feelings shouldn't happen but the more time they all spend together, those lines begin to disappear.
I loved this story of personal growth, life journeys, past traumas, current drama and one of the dreams that now seem within reach. The relationship that Rhyland gains with Dylan's daughter Grav....I cried so much!
I would give this audiobook INFINITY stars if I could!
